We often talk about a nation’s duty towards its citizens but almost never acknowledge that in order to become responsible, a nation needs responsible citizens. Responsible Citizens’ Index aims to rank the states and Union Territories of India on the responsible behavior of their citizens on various parameters like environment, social and political behavior, health, education, awareness and exercise of rights and duties, public behavior.
